The service

All content published by The Cordon — including text, images and design — is our property or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright. You may read and share links to our work, but you may not reproduce substantial parts without permission.

Availability

We work to keep the website available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for outages outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
